  Customer must notify Icing on the Cake within 24 hours of receiving products of any defects in workmanship or product quality. In the event of a claim of defective workmanship, the notice of the warranty claim must be submitted with sufficient detail to determine the nature of the problem(s). Cakes and Cookies must be stored in a refrigerator or cool place, not to exceed 70F, and not in direct sunlight until consumption. Refrigeration of the desserts is required once the container/package has been opened. Without refrigeration of the desserts melting, drying and cracking may occur.
